Every purchase comes with a 7 day money back guarantee, effective from the date you received your goods. After this period, a re-stocking fee will be charged. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 28 days of receipt.
All goods returns must be in their original condition, unused and be authorised by TMS Motorsport (UK) through contacting [email protected]. All items must be returned in any original packaging. TMS Motorsport (UK) reserves the right to claim recompense for any goods not returned in this condition.
TMS Motorsport (UK) will in the first instance make arrangements for the goods that appear to have a fault to be returned.This does not affect your statutory rights.
